You may call us to reserve the villa.
Tip: You may check our Airbnb calendar to see if the dates you choose are available.
After booking,
do check your email inbox or junk folder
for a Deposit Request email.
We may be able to do same day reservations, as long as the villa is still available.
Pets
We allow two small potty trained pets. P500 per pet. Strictly NOT on the beds, and please clean up after them.
Smoke free
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the villa.
Caretakers
Our caretaker, Sally & Marvin, are happy to assist you in anything you may need. They can cook simple food (P200/meal cooking fee), help you source fresh fish (only early in the morning, please inform them ahead of time). A token of TIP for them is highly appreciated.
Rates
Irog Villa is in its soft opening period, we are giving it at P18000/night for 12 guests for now. Rates are subject to change in the future.
Extra person after 12(max of 16)
Each extra person will be charged 1500
What to Bring
Food (meat, rice etc) that you intend to cook or eat in the villa. Preferred drinks, condiments. Our caretaker sells charcoal, 5 gal purified water, beer. Ice can be purchased a kilometer away from the villa.

Deposits and Payments
Bookings require a 50% deposit
and can be done via bank deposit
or fund transfer to our BPI account.
An email with our bank details
will be sent to you after booking online.
Please secure your deposit within 5 working days of booking
to confirm your reservation.
If we don't receive your deposit
or hear from you at all,
we will have to release your booking.
Reservations are re-bookable,
you may change your reservation date
to another time.if your travel plans
need to change.
Your deposit will be applied to your
new stay
Please let us know your changes
at least 1 week before your arrival date
so that other guests may be able
to book your villa.
We will refund your deposit if you cancel your stay 2 weeks in advance of your check in date. If less than 2 weeks, we will hold on to your deposit
and just rebook your stay
